Four Day Spring Juice Cleanse designed for two
(fast with a friend, if solo divide everything in half)

Day One
:: make your triphala for the evening…1 tsp triphala powder in 8 oz of Aloe juice (inner filet) let sit all day till evening. When ready to drink Just pour off the water from the
settled herb, and drink that, 4 oz each. Can also add this liquid to your juices for extra flavor.
:: Have your morning 12 oz hot water with 1/2 tsp of sea salt, and juice of 1/2 lemon
each or 12 oz of fresh grated ginger with sea salt and lemon each (can add 2 drop of
stevia).
Juice 1
10 kale leaves
2 cucumbers
6 celery sticks
1 beet or one bell pepper

Miso paste of choice, I like white miso
basti- enema. This treatment is good for almost anything. At the beginning of a cold, hemorrhoids, dehydration, fatigue, indigestion, low back pain, constipation, inflammation, skin disorders, nerve disorders, headaches, detoxification, very grounding and clearing. My all time favorite recipe is a re-mineralizing kombu seaweed tea, great for all doshas.
*Nourishing Basti Recipe:
Simmer on low 2 large strips of kombu seaweed in 2 cups of water for 15 to 20 minutes, then strain. Let cool to a safe warm temperature for enema. I try to take in at least 3 to 4 cups of this mineralizing liquid. Hold as long as it feels good, goal is 15 to 45 minutes. Sometimes when my colon is really dry I hardly release much fluid. Good to be near bathroom for a few hours after. I try to do a series of one enema a morning for 3 days. Notice how you feel after. I often feel very clear, and embodied, like landing back on planet earth. For an extra boost add powdered probiotics in tea before administering. Good to do enema in morning before any food in belly.
*Coffee Basti
Night before prepare the coffee:
1 qt of water
3 tbsp of ground coffee (light roast)
Let the ground coffee and water simmer in a pot for 15 min, then turn off heat and let cool, strain and refrigerate for next day. Day of enema warm liquid to a good safe temperature.
*CCF Tea Recipe
2 cups of water
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
Bring water to boil. Put all seeds in blender. Add boiling water. Grind seeds with the water, strain. Very good digestive aid.
